  • My session with Tyniel was everything I needed and more. I really got to drop in to the present moment and felt a deep sense of relaxation towards the end. I was on top of the world afterwards. Doing the yoga 1:1 felt really powerful—I do yoga every day and didn’t realise what more my body was capable of when being 1:1 with Tyniel. The sound bowls were mesmerising too, I really felt as though I was somewhere else. It felt surreal to have such an amazing combination of tools in one sitting. Tyniel had me feeling comfortable from the get go, both physically and energetically. She has this way of making you feel safe and seen all at the same time. Cannot recommend more. I need one of these sessions monthly!
